Call of Duty is one of the largest video game franchises in history. With exceptional games such as the Modern Warfare series and the recent Modern Warfare reboot, the game always manages to generate a ton of hype. Well, now the time for another CoD game and activism has come, which is teasing us all.
The developer sent the craters inside the craters with some projectors inside which contained clues. The clues were later changed to two messages: “Turn eleven white” and “Bisht, you were here.”
According to Windows Central, the messages are a reference to a chess match played between the Soviet Union and US players during the Cold War. In addition, some people investigate some more clues and discover that they lead the website (here) that flashes two numbers. “08-14” and “12:00”. It is basically all of us to get to this point.
Update
Naturally, this led people to believe that activism would unveil the game on August 14 at 12 noon. However, Activision has clarified that what we will get on August 14 will be yet another clue. Seems we still have to wait longer to find out what CoD is for us.
Meanwhile, leaks and rumors around the game suggest it will be called Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. It is a relatively long name, but it fits in the context of the Cold War in the clues mentioned above. It would also mean that Cod would not try once again and we would all go on to Infinity War and Advanced War, which are obviously not fun.
What we can say for sure right now, is that the game will definitely be available on PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4.
