Samsung introduced the Wireless DeX Mode with a method of quickly docking the Samsung flagship to use as a PC with the Galaxy S8. Although the initial implementation required a dedicated dock, the company managed to implement it without a dock with the Galaxy Note 9. Now, Samsung is reportedly preparing a wireless DeX Mode.
As was seen by Aksdia developers Samsung tips app, South Korea working behind the technology giant screen to add a wireless Dax mode in its flagship phone.”Use Samsung DX on TV without a cable. Start DX from the Quick panel and choose the available TV, ”the description reads.
XDA saw the feature in the “Become a Power User” section of the Tips app. As you can see in the above image, has written feature the header “DREAM DEX HEADER USE DEX WIRELESSLY M TIPS”. Shows the presence of the “DREAM” in the header that this feature can support new devices as compared to the Galaxy S8 series.
In addition, it appears that there will be gesture controls to navigate between the home screen and recent apps. According to the page, a swipe-down gesture with three fingers will result in a back action, while a three-finger swipe-up will show recent apps. This will help the device use the trackpad more efficiently.
It will not be surprising if Samsung decides to announce the Galaxy Note 20 series as well as the wireless DX mode at its Unpacked event on 5 August. We will learn when this happens and therefore, stay tuned for more updates.
