Accordingto Tech Journalist and serial tipster, Max J, the company plans to unveil the TWS earbuds in July, i.e. in a few months. It will be interesting to see if it will be announced alongside OnePlus Z, which is rumored to be in the same month.

The earbuds shown in Max’s tweet look very similar to Apple AirPods, however, it is not immediately clear whether they are representative renders or just for example. Other details about the rumored device remain a mystery at the moment, but we hope we will get more information going forward. While it is certainly a welcome addition to the segment, its price will probably decide its fate in a market dominated by Apple’s AirPods, along with cheaper options from Realme and Xiaomi.

One thing to note here is that the report came from a source in which Max is working for the first time, so it needs to be taken with an extra pinch of salt. Either way, expect the news to be accurate and OnePlus is actually working on their first pair of TWS earbuds, which is the choice of Galaxy Buds and Pixel Buds for Android users – something both in terms of price and audio quality Can offer true competition.
