Samsung launched its new flagship series Galaxy S21 at the Galaxy Unpacked online event globally. This series includes three smartphones Galaxy S21 5G, Galaxy S21 + 5G, Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. Pre-booking of all these smartphones has started in India today and you will be able to buy them from January 25. Let us tell you in detail about these smartphones.
Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 + 5G
The difference between these two smartphones of Samsung is only the size of the display and you will get all other features. The Samsung Galaxy S21 5G has a 6.2-inch and the Galaxy S21 + 5G has a 6.7-inch Full HD + Dynamic Amoled 2X Infinity-O display. Although one can expect QHD + displays in view of their prices, but the company has not given them. You get it with 120Hz refresh rate.
Apart from this, Qualcomm’s new octa core Snapdragon 888 5nm chipset has been given in both these smartphones, but the Exynos 2100 chipset is expected to come in the Indian variant along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB and 256GB internal storage options. The phones have Android 11 based One UI 3.1 and also have in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensors.
You get 4000mAh battery in Galaxy S21 and 4800mAh battery in Galaxy S21 + 5G. Both have 25W fast charging and 15W Qi wireless charging support.
Talking about the camera, both smartphones have triple rear cameras with 12 megapixel main camera with LED flash light, f / 1.8 aperture, another 12 megapixel ultra wide angle lens with f / 2.2 aperture and 64 megapixel telephoto sensor f. Included with / 2.0 aperture, 3x hybrid zoom, 30X space zoom. The front has a 10-megapixel punch-hole selfie camera fitted in both.
Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G is the most expensive smartphone in the series with a 6.8-inch Quad HD + Dynamic Amoled 2X Infinity-O display and will also work on Snapdragon 888 or Exynos 2100 chipset. The phone also has an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and One UI 3.1 software with Android 11. But here the RAM is given 12GB and 16GB, with 256GB and 512GB of internal storage are available.
In this, you have a 108 megapixel primary camera with ISOCELL HM3 sensor, f / 1.8 aperture. It has a 12-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens and a 10-megapixel periscope lens on the camera setup. On the front side of the Galaxy S21 Ultra, you are given a 40-megapixel selfie camera with f / 2.2 aperture.
The battery of this smartphone is 5000mAh and it will come with 25W fast charging and 15W Qi wireless charging support.
All these smartphones will also have Bixby, Samsung Health and Samsung Pay applications by Samsung, along with all the three IP68 certification that are water and dust proof.
